Martial Arts teach children valuable skills that they will use throughout their lives. From teaching self-defense, leadership skills and character traits, including patience, focus, integrity and respect: Skills that all children need to thrive.
Basketball will focus on drills appropriate to each level: dribbling the ball, passing, blocking and scoring. Informal games will be played weekly to train the children on sportsmanship, team building, game rules and overall etiquette.
Yoga is one of six fundamental systems of Indian thought collectively known as (darsana.) This class will not only teach your child the basic poses (asanas.) It will teach them language (Sanskrit), breath (pranayama), and meditation. Your child will learn to be a well-rounded yogi!
